What party and sweet items are spammable?

Pretty much anything that can be used in a town or outpost as far as sweets, like creme brulee, red bean cakes, and fruitcakes, also jars of honey. Some of the others are, as long as they don't remove dp or boost morale, as once you or your party (depending on who gets the boost) reaches max morale, then you have to die to be able to use them again.

With party points, things like snowman summoners and ghosts-in-the-box can be spammed, whereas tonics can only be used in rounds of one, or two if you're a fast clicker. I'm not sure there's an article anywhere about what spams or not, just have to check the description of the item and go from there.
